A Brief Look at S. Ayoade’s Arian Anti Trinity New Testament

On Amazon at http://a.co/iPQ4j6X

I have read very little of this at this point, but I thought I would point a few things out. Don't let the title fool you, this not really an "Arian Anti Trinity" New Testament. John 1:1 has the standard "Word was God" reading, it has "God was manifested in the flesh" at 1 Timothy 3:16 and it even has the spurious Three Witnesses at 1 John 5:7. It appears the textual basis for this uses the Textus Receptus (Received Text), or maybe it is just built on top of the King James Version. I don't know as the introduction does not tell us anything about this. The only "Arian Anti Trinity" thing I can see is that it renders "spirit" as "wind." For instance, Matthew 28:19 states, "disciple all the nations, baptizing them--to the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy wind." Interestingly though, the triadic formula here is in brackets. In his Literal Translation of the Bible, Dr. Robert Young does the same, thus indicating the words to be of doubtful authenticity.

The word HELL is not used, but given their Greek equivalents: Gehenna, Hades and Tartarus. Matthew 25:46 reads "And these shall go away to punishment age-during, but the righteous to life ageduring.'" The word "presence" is used for PAROUSIA instead of "coming."

This New Testament uses "overseer" in place of "bishop," and "deacons" are "ministrants."
